Our 5 step carpet cleaning process is the most comprehensive you’ve seen, and is going to leave your carpets in better condition than you hoped for!

First, on arrival, we’ll ask you to show us the carpeted areas that we’re cleaning, and to highlight any stains that you’d like us to remove. Most stains can come out, but some are more costly than others. We’ll do a spot-test free of charge for you, and afterwards, we’ll let you know the cost of removing the stain. All our stain-removal is on a no-win no-fee basis – meaning if you’re not happy with how it comes out, we don’t bill you for it. 

Once we’ve done the walk-through, we’ll vacuum your carpets with our powerful commercial-grade vacuum cleaners, which gets rid of far more dust and dirt than you even realised was hiding inside your carpet.

Once vacuumed, we’ll set up our machines and spray a specially formulated detergent on your carpets, which will begin the hard work of loosening the dirt that’s stuck to your carpet.

After we spray the detergent, we’ll do the magic part. Using hot water (the exact temperature depends on the carpet fibres, which we’ll identify during our walk-through), we inject and immediately extract hot water from your carpet. The injection is done around 250psi, or maybe a little higher for thicker carpets, and the extraction – which follows immediately afterwards – is done by two of the most powerful vacuum motors fitted to any carpet cleaning machine in the world. 

Once this is done, your carpets will be almost dry – with the final bits of moisture typically only taking an hour or two to dry.
